On The Go Drip
OTGD+MEDICAL / On The Go Drip
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of onthegodrip.com, related websites, online booking tools, digital forms, patient portal links, telehealth services, online purchases, memberships, programs, and other services made available by OTGD+MEDICAL, doing business as On The Go Drip (“OTGD+MEDICAL,” “On The Go Drip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, scheduling services, creating an account, purchasing products or services, enrolling in a program or membership, or otherwise interacting with our online services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or related online services.
1. Medical Services and Clinical Eligibility
Information on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Use of the website does not by itself establish a patient-provider relationship.
A patient-provider relationship is established only when OTGD+MEDICAL accepts you for care and a qualified clinician provides or agrees to provide health care services to you.
Scheduling or purchasing a service does not guarantee that you are medically eligible to receive that service.
All medical services are subject to appropriate clinical screening, evaluation, professional judgment, applicable law, and the clinician’s determination that the requested service is safe and appropriate.
OTGD+MEDICAL may decline, modify, postpone, or discontinue a treatment or service when clinically appropriate.
2. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes
Health care outcomes vary from person to person.
OTGD+MEDICAL does not guarantee:
- a particular diagnosis;
- symptom improvement;
- weight loss;
- increased energy;
- improved performance;
- cosmetic results;
- laboratory changes;
- prevention of disease;
- cure of any condition; or
- any other specific medical or wellness outcome.
Descriptions of treatments, potential benefits, testimonials, patient experiences, or educational materials are not guarantees of individual results.
3. Emergency Medical Care
OTGD+MEDICAL is not an emergency medical service.
The website, patient portal, email, telephone, text messaging, and telehealth systems are not monitored continuously for emergencies.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Do not wait for a response from OTGD+MEDICAL through the website, portal, email, text message, or telephone in an emergency.
4. Website Information Is Not Individual Medical Advice
Information published on the website, social media, educational materials, videos, blogs, newsletters, assessments, quizzes, or other digital content is intended for general informational purposes unless expressly provided to you as part of an established clinical relationship.
Such information should not be used as a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments may be requested or scheduled through the website, patient portal, telephone, text message, or another approved scheduling method.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
You are responsible for providing accurate:
- contact information;

- appointment details;
- medical information; and
- other information reasonably requested for scheduling or treatment.
Appointments may be subject to our separate Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy.

You are responsible for providing:
- an accurate service address;
- reasonable access to the location;
- a safe environment for the clinician;
- appropriate parking or entry information when applicable; and
- timely notice of circumstances that may affect the appointment.
Travel, service-area, deployment, or other mobile-service fees may apply and will be disclosed when reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at a location that a clinician determines is unsafe, inaccessible, inappropriate, or unsuitable for providing medical care.
7. Telehealth and Asynchronous Services
OTGD+MEDICAL may provide synchronous and asynchronous telehealth services when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Telehealth services may include:
- video visits;
- telephone encounters;
- secure portal communication;
- review of photographs or medical records;
- review of laboratory or monitoring data;
- asynchronous clinical evaluations; and
- other permitted electronic methods of delivering care.
Telehealth services are subject to separate telehealth consent requirements.
The clinician may determine that an in-person evaluation, testing, referral, urgent care, or emergency evaluation is necessary.
8. Patient Accounts and Portal Access
Certain services may require creation of an online account or use of a patient portal.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- using a secure password;
- restricting unauthorized access to your account;
- providing accurate account information; and
- promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not access another person’s account without appropriate authorization.
9. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when:
- completing forms;
- requesting medical services;
- providing medical history;
- listing medications or allergies;
- completing health questionnaires;
- making purchases;

- laboratory findings; and
- other relevant health information.
10. Payments
Certain services require payment at or before the time of service.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Prices may vary based on:

- travel requirements;
- medications or supplies;
- laboratory testing;
- clinician time;
- customization of treatment; or
- other applicable factors.
All payments are subject to our Financial, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies and any service-specific agreement.
11. Pricing and Website Errors
We attempt to keep pricing, product descriptions, availability, and service information accurate.
However, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated information, or pricing discrepancies may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to:
- correct errors;
- update information;
- cancel or modify an order affected by an error; or
- contact you to confirm revised pricing before proceeding.
If a material pricing error occurs after payment but before services or products are provided, we will address the transaction in accordance with applicable law and our financial policies.
12. Products and Online Purchases
The website may allow you to purchase:
- health care services;
- memberships;
- programs;
- wellness products;
- supplements;
- diagnostic services;
- laboratory testing;
- gift cards; or
- other products or services.
Certain items may require clinical eligibility, consultation, prescription authorization, or medical review.
Payment for a product or service does not guarantee that a clinician will determine that it is appropriate for you.
If a medical product or service cannot appropriately be provided, applicable refund or credit decisions will be handled according to our financial policies and applicable law.
13. Prescription and Patient-Specific Products
Certain medications, compounded medications, injectable products, infusion medications, peptides, or other specialty products may be ordered specifically for an individual patient.
Once ordered, prepared, dispensed, shipped, or otherwise committed to a patient, such items may be nonrefundable where permitted by law.
Additional terms may apply under our Financial and Refund Policy or a specific treatment agreement.
14. Memberships, Partnerships, Programs, and Recurring Services
OTGD+MEDICAL may offer memberships, partnerships, corporate wellness arrangements, recurring services, bundled programs, and other ongoing service relationships.
These offerings may have separate terms addressing:

- excluded services;
- rollover rules;
- sharing or transferability;
- cancellation;
- pauses;
- travel fees;
- expiration;
- eligibility; and
- other program-specific conditions.
When a specific written agreement applies, that agreement governs the applicable program in addition to these Terms.
If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and a specific program agreement, the specific program agreement will control for that program.
15. Financing
We may provide access to third-party financing services.
Financing approval, interest, payment schedules, fees, credit reporting, and other lending terms are controlled by the third-party financing provider.
OTGD+MEDICAL does not guarantee financing approval and is not responsible for the financing company’s credit decisions.
A patient’s decision to discontinue treatment does not automatically cancel obligations under a third-party financing agreement.
16. HSA and FSA Payments
Certain eligible services may be payable using Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account funds.
OTGD+MEDICAL does not guarantee that a particular purchase will qualify under your specific plan.
You are responsible for determining eligibility and retaining documentation required by your plan administrator.
17. Insurance
OTGD+MEDICAL is primarily a self-pay practice and does not routinely bill health insurance.
Where applicable, we may provide documentation that you may choose to submit to an insurance or benefit plan.
We do not guarantee reimbursement.
You remain responsible for charges regardless of whether a third party reimburses you.
18. Cancellation and Refunds
Appointments, purchases, programs, medications, testing, and other services are subject to our separate:
- Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy; and
- Financial, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policies.
Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
19. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
Gift cards, promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions may not be combined;
- promotions may expire;
- discounts may apply only to selected services;
- discounts have no cash value; and
- promotional offers may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
Clinical eligibility requirements continue to apply even when a service is purchased using a promotion or gift card.

Consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing health care services unless otherwise permitted by law.
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.
For promotional SMS communications, you may follow the opt-out instructions provided in the message.
Health care-related communications may be governed separately from promotional communications.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or damages arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of another person.
This provision does not apply to losses caused by OTGD+MEDICAL where responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted to the user.
