Abbey is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family and Emergency Medicine, an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners. She’s an avid researcher and has successfully published academic, peer-reviewed, research manuscripts. Her clinical specialties include Preventive Health, Comprehensive Wellness, BioHacking, & Diagnostic Errors. Judith’s experiences growing up in Ghana, combined with her clinical and research expertise, sets her apart in providing personalized, patient-centered care. She’s a fitness geek at heart, loves strength-training, and going for long runs. You’ll also find her spending time with her family, her favorite nieces and nephews, who certainly keep her on her toes!
