Medical Weight Loss in Jacksonville
Weight care that starts with lab work, not a prescription pad
You have probably tried a few things already. Some of them worked for a while.
This is not that. We look at your bloodwork, your history and your habits first, then build a plan around what we find. GLP-1 medication is part of it for most people, but it is not where we start.
Every visit is with a nurse licensed in the State of Florida. Our founder is a Doctor of Nursing.

How medical weight loss works here
Four steps, in this order. We do not skip the first one.
Assessment and bloodwork
We go through your health, your history and your habits, and we look at your labs. Weight is rarely only about willpower, and the bloodwork usually tells us something worth knowing.
A plan built for you
What we suggest depends on what we found. For some people that is medication. For others it is addressing something the labs turned up first.
Your medication
If a GLP-1 is right for you, we prescribe it and show you how to use it. You will know what you are taking and why.
We stay with it
Follow-up visits, dose adjustments, and someone to call when something feels off. This is the part most programmes skip.
The GLP-1 medications we prescribe
Both are self-injectable and both can support long-term weight management. Which one suits you is a conversation, not a menu choice — and it comes after your assessment, not before.
Semaglutide
The same active ingredient found in Wegovy and Ozempic. A self-injectable medication that can support long-term weight management.
Tirzepatide
With glycine or niacinamide. A self-injectable medication that can support long-term weight management.
Support add-ons
These support energy, fat metabolism and muscle preservation alongside GLP-1 therapy, and can help with side effects in the early weeks. They are optional, they can be added at any time, and nobody will push them on you.
PeptideVite
A nutrient blend to support cellular health, insulin sensitivity and metabolism.
Lipo Trim SL
A sublingual spray with amino acids and natural extracts, for people who would rather not inject.
Lipo-Mino Mix
An intramuscular injection to support fat breakdown, energy and recovery.
All three together
PeptideVite, Lipo Trim SL and Lipo-Mino Mix. Best if you want the full picture covered — fat burning, energy, recovery and muscle maintenance.
The no-injection pair
PeptideVite and Lipo Trim SL. Best if you would rather avoid another needle. Safe to combine with your medication and can be added at any point.
Where to start
Everything begins with a Medical Weight Management Assessment, $199. That visit is where we look at your health, your history and your goals, and work out what would fit your life.
You are not committing to a medication by booking it. Plenty of people come out of that conversation with a plan that does not involve one.
What people are usually after
Almost nobody who calls us talks about a number on a scale. They talk about getting down on the floor with their kids and back up again. Keeping up on a walk. Not thinking about it every single day.
That is the part worth holding onto while you are in the middle of it, and it is what we ask about at your follow-ups — not only what the scale says.
Questions we hear a lot
Start with the Medical Weight Management Assessment. We look at your bloodwork and your history, and then we can have a proper conversation about whether a GLP-1 fits you. Call (904) 544-5010 and we will get you booked.
That is a conversation after your assessment, not before. They work differently and they suit different people. If you already have a preference, tell us and we will talk it through honestly.
Yes. Weight is rarely only about willpower, and bloodwork often turns up something worth treating in its own right. We would rather find that than put you on a medication and hope.
[CONFIRM WITH JUDITH — typical monthly cost after the assessment, and what follow-up visits cost.]
No. We are not able to bill insurance directly. Memberships are HSA/FSA eligible.
Call us. Side effects in the first few weeks are common and usually manageable, and often it is a matter of adjusting your dose. You will not be left to work it out on your own.
Start with a conversation.
Call and tell us where you are up to. We will explain how the assessment works and what happens after it, and you can decide from there.
We see patients at home across Jacksonville and the beaches, plus Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island.
