We are looking for a standout Registered Nurse to join a small, high-performing team where every clinician represents the brand. This role is ideal for the RN who combines strong clinical judgment with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a calm, client-centered presence.

You will enter clients’ homes, hotels, offices, and private events as a representative of On The Go Drip. You must be comfortable working independently, thinking critically, and delivering a polished concierge-level experience while maintaining safe, evidence-based care.

What You’ll Do

● Travel to client locations across our service area (homes, hotels, offices, private events, and corporate activations)
● Administer IV infusions, vitamin injections, and wellness therapies per protocol)
● Conduct concise, professional patient assessments before each treatment)
● Educate clients clearly and confidently on therapies, expected outcomes, and general wellness education within scope and protocol)
● Deliver a warm, elevated, concierge-level experience from arrival to departure)
● Respond promptly to bookings, same-day requests, and team communication)
● Maintain accurate, timely, and professional charting)
● Represent On The Go Drip with professionalism, discretion, and clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For

Clinical Background
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required, with demonstrated high-volume IV insertion proficiency. Strong vascular access proficiency is essential for success in this role. Because this is a mobile concierge setting, clinicians must be comfortable working efficiently and independently in the field. Paramedics with extensive vascular access experience are welcome to apply.

Preferred backgrounds include:
● Emergency Room (ER)
● ICU / Critical Care
● Pre-Op / PACU
● Rapid Response or dedicated IV / Vascular Access Team
● Paramedic / Flight medic with strong IV experience

You must have strong patient assessment skills and the clinical confidence to operate independently in non-traditional care environments

Non-Negotiables

● Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Florida required (or paramedic equivalent in good standing)
● Multi-state/compact licensure strongly preferred
● Candidates willing to obtain compact licensure shortly after hire are encouraged to apply
● Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
● Reliable personal transportation, valid auto insurance, and clean driving record
● Smartphone proficiency (scheduling apps, EMR, communication platforms)
● Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references

● Active Georgia RN license or compact/multi-state licensure
● Willingness to obtain compact licensure if hired

Compensation

Compensation starts at $60 per visit, with increased rates for specialty therapies and extended visits.

Travel compensation is provided for visits outside our core service radius. All supplies, IV kits, medications, and equipment are provided by On The Go Drip. Tips are never expected and are not part of how we frame compensation
